Je parle Français! :)
Yessssss.. Since I came from Paris, I wanted to learn French so badly! There were lots of reasons for it.. It was my first international trip so it had lots of sentiments and memories attached to it. And then France without French cant even imagine. I just loved the language.. loved the accent and I loved the people in France. So I nominated myself for the French training which we have in the office. (Y E S... we have lots of trainings in the office, they care of their employees, u know...). Finally in January my request got approved (I was in queue!). And then there was three months training form Alliance français de Bombay. The course was so good and so interactive... It was fun to be a part of that class and learn something new form scratch... B U T what I realised was, learning a language in this age (okay okay.. now don’t think I m very old!!!) is very difficult. You have some predefined set of the grammar in your head, and then suddenly u learn some new rules.. Difficult hai boss!!! But it’s fun indeed...
So I gave my level 1 exam on 19th May and Oui... Je parle Français... (ahem... un petit peu!!!)
